THE LOW DOWN : DRAWIN' FROGS?
Faith Ferretti is a 21-year-old Illustration major from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota Florida! She lives in Naples Florida with her boyfriend and her rescue puppy Ziggy! She specializes in digital art and editorial design and draws inspiration from internet culture and the world around her. Faith is on a mission to draw a frog every day for a year and is super thankful for all the love and support that she has received so far for her frog illustrations.

I wanted to do something that had four parts to it, so naturally, one of the first things that popped into my head was the seasons! All of my frogs have such different personalities, so I thought tying them together to seasons that would match their personality would be so much fun!
DESCRIBE YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS
I don’t think that I’ve ever started a project without browsing through either Pinterest or my explore page on Instagram! I feel like the more images I have as references, the better the project will turn out! Then I make sure I’m in the comfiest spot on the couch with a nice drink, put on the most mind-numbing daytime television, and get to work! I gotta always have some noise going on in the background when I work, it helps me focus!
WHAT GETS YOU FEELING INSPIRED?
I think my biggest source of inspiration is retro cartoons, graphic novels, and illustrators who are prolific on Instagram! I feel like being able to see a bunch of artists all in one place online has helped me figure out what art I really want to produce, and how to go about it.
